Czechia – Supervision of building work – Správce stavby – ZŠ Jahodnice

The subject of the public contract is the provision of complex project management services for the construction, including TDI, KBOZP, price consultations, technical expertise and control activities in connection with the construction intention for the new construction of ZŠ Jahodnice as defined in the architectural study, whereby the construction will be implemented using the “Design & Build” method. The services of the construction technical supervisor and the BOZP coordinator will be provided in the following roles: a) Senior Project Manager (Construction Manager), b) Project Manager (Assistant Construction Manager), c) Price Manager, d) Authorised Person (statics and dynamics of buildings), e) Specialist in building technical equipment (TZB), f) Specialist in electrical installations, g) Specialist in building fire safety, h) BIM Specialist, i) Construction Technical Supervisor, j) BOZP Coordinator, and k) possibly other roles according to the current needs of the project, and that is in all phases of this project, or from the preparation phase to the construction implementation phase as needed. The remuneration for these services must be structured as an hourly rate. The expected scope of the assignment in the intention preparation phase is on average 200 hours per month, and in the construction implementation phase is on average 400 hours per month. The expected duration of the project in the intention preparation phase is 2 years (24 months) and the expected duration in the construction implementation phase is 2 years (24 months).
