Romania – Cooling and ventilation equipment – CONTRACT DE FURNIZARE "ECHIPAMENTE TEHNOLOGICE PENTRU AMENAJARE DATA ROOM CIUREL, inclusiv materiale de instalare, și servicii de instalare, punere in functiune, configurare, operationalizare si instruire incluse"

The subject of the procurement is the supply of TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE EQUIPPING OF THE CIUREL DATA ROOM, including installation materials, and installation, commissioning, configuration, operationalisation and training services included. The technical details are presented in the descriptive documentation, and the complete technical specifications are detailed in Table SOC of the descriptive documentation. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Regarding requests for clarification concerning the descriptive documentation, these can be submitted from the date of publication of the award notice and at the latest 6 days before the date set for the submission of tenders, the date set in the invitation to participate transmitted for stage II of the procurement procedure - Submission of tenders. In this stage, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely within a period that will not exceed, as a rule, 3 working days from receipt of these, but no later than 4 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of art. 82, para. 3 of OUG nr. 114/2011.
