Poland – Sporting services – Nauka pływania dla uczniów Szkół Podstawowych z terenu Miasta Kostrzyn nad Odrą w ramach realizacji projektu pn.: „i-FEWL” – innowacyjne Formaty Edukacyjne Wspólnych Lekcji

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of swimming lessons for primary school students from the area of the City of Kostrzyn nad Odra, consisting of activities within the implementation of Project no. FELB.06.15-IZ.00-0021/25-00 entitled: “i-FEWL” – Innovative Formats of Educational Joint Lessons” co-financed from the European Social Fund+ (ESF+) under Priority 6. European Funds for the support of citizens Action 6.15 Education – IIT Programme European Funds for Lubuskie 2021-2027. 2. The provision of swimming lessons involves the organisation and conduct of activities for 1 795 persons - primary school students from the area of the City of Kostrzyn nad Odra, along with entrance tickets and remuneration for instructors, including: a) providing access to an indoor swimming pool with designated swimming lanes and hygiene-sanitary facilities in Kostrzyn nad Odra, by the Contracting Authority, enabling parents or legal guardians to safely and efficiently transport children to the activities. b) organising swimming lessons conducted by instructors with appropriate qualifications. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the draft contractual terms, constituting Annex no. 2 SWZ. 4. The detailed conditions for the implementation of the contract are contained in the SWZ.
