Framework agreement for the supply of frozen fish, canned fish, oil, margarine, halva, mineral water, still water, non-carbonated juice and mineral water for staff, for the following lots: Lot 1 - Frozen fish; Lot 2 - Canned fish; Lot 3 - Oil, margarine, halva; Lot 4 - Mineral water, still water, non-carbonated juice; Lot 5 - Mineral water for staff. These will be delivered with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the Technical Specifications. The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 2 (two) economic operators ranked in order of classification, in the event that there are two admitted economic operators (meeting the requested conditions according to the award documentation). In the event that there are not at least two economic operators, the framework agreement will be awarded to the qualified economic operator. The award criterion for each lot of the supply framework agreement is "Best value for money". The contracting authority will sign the framework agreement only with the economic operators ranked in positions I and II. Payment will be made through OP within 30 calendar days from the date of validation of the electronic invoice in the national e-invoicing system RO e-Factura and exceptionally within a maximum of 60 calendar days from the date of registration thereof in accordance with the provisions of art. 7 para. 1 of Law no. 72/2013 updated. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification regarding the award documentation in accordance with the obligation provided for in art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The minimum/maximum quantities of the framework agreement and of the largest subsequent contract estimated to be awarded during the course of the agreement are found in the Technical Specifications. VAT FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Lot 1: minimum 19,370.00 lei and maximum 231,650.00 lei Lot 2: minimum 32,722.00 lei and maximum 392,672.00 lei Lot 3: minimum 24,700.00 lei and maximum 295,140.00 lei Lot 4: minimum 17,430.00 lei and maximum 209,094.00 lei Lot 5: minimum 579.00 lei and maximum 6,960.00 lei Estimated value excl. VAT framework agreement: minimum 94,801.00 lei and maximum 1,135,516.00 lei ESTIMATED VALUE EXCL.
