The consultation concerns the supply, transport, and delivery of several hot water/heated water exchangers and the necessary elements for their operation, any preparatory installation work prior to commissioning, and commissioning for the urban heating network operated by R3C in the municipalities of Chambéry, Bassens, Cognin, and La Motte-Servolex for the Cognin biomass boiler plant. The expected hot water/heated water exchange capacity is approximately 2 x 8.2 MW thermal. The high-pressure side pressure is around 20 bar. The low-pressure side pressure is around 10 bar. 1) The preparation of technical documents for the design and sizing of the units; 2) Assembly in the workshop with inspection and testing before delivery; 3) Delivery to a delivery location determined by the Contracting Authority; 4) Any preparatory installation work; 5) Testing, commissioning, and verification of the expected performance.
