The contracting authority intends to build a new waterworks on the property "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". According to the current status, the following projects are to be implemented on the property (more or less simultaneously): Project 1: Workshop and office building including filter hall for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal of drinking water. Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tank with pumping station) with attached control building. Project 3: Sedimentation plant. Lot 1: The subject of the procedure in Lot 1 is the award of the services of the object planning for civil engineering works (buildings and facilities of the water supply) according to §§ 41 ff. HOAI for Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tank with pumping station) with attached control building. Lot 2: The subject of the procedure in Lot 2 is the award of the services of the object planning for civil engineering works (buildings and facilities of the water supply) according to §§ 41 ff.
