Belgium – Bailiff services – Raamovereenkomst voor het verlenen van juridische diensten voor debiteurenbeheer en het uitvoeren van ad hoc opdrachten door een gerechtsdeurwaarder

The contract involves the provision of services for the benefit of the contracting authority and the entities that may call upon this framework agreement. The contractor will be responsible for the collection of outstanding tax and non-tax claims, such as, inter alia, assessments in municipal taxes, municipal administrative sanctions, related costs and interest. In addition, various non-tax claims must be collected (invoices, wage recovery, compensation, …). The contract also involves the engagement of a bailiff for the collection of various non-tax claims on behalf of OCMW Leuven and Kinderopvang Leuven. Finally, the bailiff will also have to carry out various ad hoc assignments at the request of the contracting authority.
