Huddinge Municipality needs to continuously monitor and have access to the flow in both traditional media (radio, TV, printed and digital daily press and trade press) and social media and podcasts. This is to be able to follow issues related to the municipality and its areas of activity, and to keep up to date with what is written and said about Huddinge as an organisation and location. The information is used to continuously monitor the image of Huddinge Municipality and make communication strategy decisions. The procurement concerns tools for this monitoring. The tool is to be primarily used and administered by communicators in the communications section. They in turn deliver relevant information to stakeholders in the organisation.
