Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – 34_2026 zakup energii elektrycznej dla obiektów „Grupy Zakupowej” szpitali MSWiA w Poznaniu, Bydgoszczy i Zielonej Górze

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electrical energy for a period of 12 months (from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027) for the facilities of SP ZOZ MSWiA (Poznań/Bydgoszcz/Zielona Góra). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the names and locations of the facilities, the forecast demand for electrical energy during the contract period, the types of tariffs, the contractual power, the delivery point, and the necessary data for concluding the contract, is contained in Annex No. 8. 3. The values indicated in Annex No. 8 are estimated values, which do not reflect the actual or declared use of electrical energy during the contract period and in no way can be the basis for any claims by the Contractor. Actual settlements will be made based on the current readings of the metering and billing systems for the delivered electrical energy in accordance with the Contractor's offer. 4. The sale of electrical energy is carried out on the terms specified in the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law"), in accordance with the applicable regulations to the above Act and the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1071, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), the principles set out in the concessions, the provisions of this Specification and based on the Pzp Act. 5. The delivery of electrical energy will be made through the distribution network owned by the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as OSD). 6. The Contractor is obliged to have, on the day of commencement of the implementation of the subject of the contract, an agreement with the Distribution System Operator, to whose network the facilities of the Purchaser/Entities are connected, enabling the supply of electrical energy to the facilities covered by the contract, and in the event of lack of such an agreement, the Purchaser/Entity authorises the Contractor to conclude it.
