Germany – Expert witness services – Baugrundgutachter (inkl. fachliche Bauüberwachung) Ma Hbf bis Ma Friedrichsfeld Süd (Lph 2-4)

The subject of the contract is the technical construction supervision and expert accompaniment of the geotechnical investigations, as well as the preparation of geotechnical expert reports for the projects "Mannheim Hbf Axis Realignment", "Multi-track Expansion Mannheim Hbf – Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld South" and "Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld Intersection Structure". The services include, in particular, the technical support of the exploration measures, including ordnance surveys and groundwater measuring points, the evaluation of the exploration results obtained, and the preparation of structure- and trade-specific geotechnical reports for the performance phase 2. In addition, project-accompanying groundwater monitoring, technical advice to the planning teams, and the preparation of soil utilisation and disposal concepts (BoVEK) are part of the contract. Optionally, the contract includes the continuation of the services in the performance phases 3 and 4, including the preparation of approval-relevant expert reports and participation in planning permission procedures. The services are to be provided for three interconnected infrastructure projects within the expansion of the Mannheim junction and are to be coordinated in close coordination with the involved planning and expert teams.
