The framework agreement is "composite". It includes a "standard contract" part and a "framework agreement with order forms" part. The services are settled by lump sum prices. The present consultation concerns the supply, installation, implementation, training, data recovery, interfaces, maintenance, and external hosting of a DACS software and its integration into the existing IT architecture of the GHT Savoie Belley establishments (RIS, PACS, modalities).
