Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Waśniów na lata 2027-2028

The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of selectively collected municipal waste and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Waśniów, as well as the collection and disposal of selectively collected municipal waste within the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) located at the wastewater treatment plant in Pękosławice, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, subject to the next opinion. If it is not possible to conclude a public procurement contract by 1 January 2027, in particular due to the prolonged public procurement procedure, the provision of municipal waste collection and disposal services will commence on the first day it is possible to conclude a public procurement contract, in accordance with Article 264(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), taking into account Article 577 of the Pzp. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – "Description of the Subject of the Contract". 3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – "Draft Contractual Provisions".
