X-ray diffraction (XRD) equipment for research and development applications and for the characterisation of materials used in the field of microelectronics and microsystems. The equipment must allow for the non-destructive analysis of a variety of materials (thin films, powders, nanostructures), in order to determine the crystalline structure and microstructural parameters, being intended for advanced structural analysis applications and the optimisation of technological processes.
