Poland – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Świadczenie usług transportowych na rzecz uczniów niepełnosprawnych z terenu Gminy Kobierzyce do placówek szkolno-wychowawczych i szkół oraz miejsc zamieszkania w roku szkolnym: 2026/2027 i 2027/2028

The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services for disabled students from the area of the Gmina Kobierzyce to educational and school facilities and their places of residence for the school years: 2026/2027 and 2027/2028

2. The subject of the contract is designated in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main subject: 60130000-8 Specialised road transport services for persons

3. Description of the Subject of the Contract:

1) Provision of transport services for disabled students from the area of the Gmina Kobierzyce to educational and school facilities and their places of residence for the school years: 2026/2027 and 2027/2028.

a) The service consists of the Contractor providing transport services for disabled students subject to compulsory schooling and annual pre-school preparation,

b) The service also includes caring for students during their transport by the Contractor,

c) Students will be transported from their place of residence to educational and school facilities and from educational and school facilities to their place of residence only on days when educational units carry out educational, upbringing and care tasks,

d) The Contractor will provide transport services on school days, excluding holiday breaks and other days free from educational activities, in accordance with the organisation of the school year published by the MEN for the given school year.

e) The service will be provided on all school days in accordance with the school year calendar 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 from 01.09.2026 to 23.06.2028 between 6.00 and 17.00.

2) The estimated average daily number of kilometres (pick-up and drop-off to all facilities) is approximately 890 km.

3) The forecast list of the number of children and the centres and schools to which disabled children will be taken, as well as their places of residence, is Annex 1 to the SOPZ (Annex A to the SWZ).

4) Transport will be carried out along specified routes. The forecast routes are Annex 2 to the SOPZ (Annex A to the SWZ).

4. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) includes Annex A to the SWZ, which specifies the detailed scope and conditions for the implementation of the contract.
