France – Technical inspection services – Prestations d'investigations complémentaires, de localisation et de marquage/piquetage sur le territoire de Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine

This framework agreement concerns the provision of additional investigation, location, and marking/staking services for networks required for the implementation of infrastructure and network works undertaken by Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine (PMMCU). This framework agreement will be awarded to several contractors (a maximum of 3 economic operators) subject to a sufficient number of tenders. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders, referred to as service orders. The contractors will be awarded the purchase orders according to the so-called "cascade" method, in the conditions set out in Article 1.4 of the CCAP. The maximum value of orders for the initial period of the framework agreement is 290 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
