France – Computer support and consultancy services – ACHAT DE PRESTATIONS D'EXPERTISES DIGITAL WORKPLACE (3 lots)

This notice aims to establish a framework agreement for subsequent contracts, divided into lots, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 56 000 000 €, with multiple award, for Digital Workplace expertise services for the Digital Workplaces Services (DWS) unit within the Digital & Innovation (DEI) Directorate of the RATP. The services are divided into three lots:

- Lot 1: Technical Expertise Services, covering all technical activities, from operational exploitation and user support to the design of technical architectures and strategic management (13 M€ excl. VAT).

- Lot 2: Functional Expertise Services, covering all functional management, from operational support and data management to strategic business support, digital transformation and programme/project direction (34 M€ excl. VAT).

- Lot 3: Microsoft Expertise Services, covering the entire Microsoft ecosystem, from application administration, integration and qualification to advanced expertise, maintenance and strategic product management (9 M€ excl. VAT).
