The subject of the procurement is the purchase of process equipment related to Pori Energia Oy's (hereinafter also "the contracting authority" and "procuring entity") energy storage project. The tender will be conducted in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement in Special Sectors (1398/2016). The procurement is divided into sub-sections 1-3.
