Czechia – Software support services – Podpora a rozvoj Dispečinku Správy služeb hl. m. Prahy

The subject of the contract awarded is the provision of services, support and development of the Dispečink SSHMP (hereinafter referred to as the Dispečink) for a period of 48 months in a 24x7 regime, namely basic support, maintenance, development and extended support, specifically the following services:

Basic Support:

- Provision of the Hotline service, including basic technical support for the system

- Regular system maintenance

- Application of service packs and hotfixes necessary for the flawless operation of the system

- Updates to the system's operational documentation

- Updates to the map base in the GIS Maps module

- Maintenance: Provision of new system versions and corrective patches

- Fault prevention and system optimization

- Documentation for new system versions

Extended Support:

- Training of the contracting authority's staff

- Consultancy support

- Program modifications to ensure functionality for minor process changes

- Collaboration in resolving system issues and implementing third-party systems

- Cooperation in the creation of concepts and in the coordination of system building

- Further services requested by the contracting authority related to the system

- Updates to existing system documentation

- Program modifications to ensure functionality within the scope of the HMP Service Management

Development:

- Development services – implementation of new modules for tolls, weigh-ins and failed technical inspections

- Requirements arising from the daily use of the Dispečink SSHMP

- Further development according to the contracting authority's requirements
