Finland – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – Lakipalveluiden puitejärjestely / Luvitus ja maankäyttö

The subject of this procurement is the legal services (”Services”) produced for Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procuring Entity") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The Procuring Entity is seeking, in this procurement, the following professional service providers to produce legal services for its needs in the following areas: Licensing and Land Use / 2 providers. Including, among others: - Support in YVA and licensing procedures (e.g. water permits, expropriation permits, Natura assessments, research permits) - Review and drafting of land use agreements, including sales contracts and lease agreements - Environmental legal expert opinions related to the interpretation and application of laws, regulations and orders applicable to the Client's business. The selected Service Provider must be able to provide services in Finnish and English. The agreement will enter into force upon signature and will be valid for 4+2+2 years. The services are scheduled to commence at the end of 2026 (estimated in October). This procurement is subject to the special procurement law for the water and energy supply, transport and postal services sector, i.e. the Act on Procurement and Concession Agreements of Units Operating in the Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services Sector (1398/2016).
