The tender concerns the design and operation of solar power generation facilities located in non-interconnected areas. Pursuant to the 2º of Article L. 311-12, the selected candidates designated by the minister in charge of energy will benefit from a contract for the top-up remuneration of the electricity produced, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code and in accordance with the terms specified in this tender document.
