France – Construction economics services – Mission d’accompagnement économique des projets immobiliers développés sur Euroméditerranée

This contract concerns the provision of economic support services to reconcile the financial viability of real estate projects developed within the Euroméditerranée OIN perimeter with the architectural, environmental and usage quality objectives defined by the EPAEM in its quality reference frameworks. These services include, on the one hand, an annual strategic support service covering the comparative analysis of developer balances, the management of the partnership relationship with operators and the production of shared economic simulation tools, and on the other hand, a punctual operational support service covering the assessment of the economic feasibility of specific projects, at all stages of their development.
