The subject of the contract is the supply of net active electrical energy – low and medium voltage, and the performance of the obligations of the balancing group coordinator. The supply must provide electrical energy of quality and in order, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act (EA) and the other regulatory acts governing the public relations related to the supply of electrical energy (including the Ordinances to the EA, the Rules for Trade with Electrical Energy (RTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electrical Energy (RMQEE). The subject of the contract also includes the administration of the amounts for the statutorily determined fees, grid services and excise. These will be paid by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. In this regard, a contract for a combined service will be concluded with the Contractor in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 10 and the conditions of Article 20 of the RTEE.
