1. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial bids. The subject of this contract is a single, widely available service in the market sector and its division into smaller elements would lead to unnecessary fragmentation, be uneconomical (the larger the scope of the contract, the lower the prices) and disadvantageous from an organisational perspective (multiple contracts in the same scope). 2. The description of the contract and the conditions for its execution are contained in the annexes: 2.1. Detailed conditions for the provision of patient transport services – Annex 2.1 to SWZ 2.2. Product-price specification – Annex 2.2 to SWZ 2.3. Draft contractual clauses, which will be incorporated into the contract – Annex 4 to SWZ. 3. The contracting authority allows for the submission of equivalent bids - the description of equivalence is contained in Section IV of SWZ. 4. The contracting authority does not provide for electronic auctions or supplementary contracts. 5. Information on joint bidding by contractors is contained in Section IX of SWZ. 6. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of changes to the terms of the concluded contract (so-called contractual changes based on Article 455(1)(1) of the Act) in relation to the content of the bid on the basis of which the contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 4 to SWZ. The contract may also be changed in cases referred to in Article 455(1)(2-4) and (2) of the Public Procurement Act. 7. The information clause resulting from the content of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the contracting authority has included in the SWZ. 8. The validity period of the bid is 90 days. The bid validity period begins with the expiry of the bid submission deadline. This day is the first day of the bid validity period. The above means that the bid validity period expires on 07.03.2027. 11. Detailed information regarding this procedure is contained in the SWZ.
