The investment includes the execution of works for the investment objective titled “Structural Consolidation and Energy Efficiency of the Orasenesc Panciu Hospital Building”. According to the general estimate made within the technical project, the total estimated value for the execution of works for the investment objective is 38,559,688.87 RON (excl. VAT), consisting of: - Chap. 1.3. - Estimated Value – Site Preparation: 568,233.19 RON (excl. VAT); - Chap. 2.1. - Estimated Value – Costs for utilities provision: 157,730.98 RON (excl. VAT); - Chap. 4.1. - Estimated Value – Construction and Installations: 29,230,224.02 RON (excl. VAT); - Chap. 4.2. – Estimated Value – Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment: 359,812.44 RON (excl. VAT); - Chap. 4.3. – Estimated Value – Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly: 8,109,400.46 RON (excl. VAT); - Chap. 5.1. - Estimated Value – Site Organisation: 134,287.78 RON (excl. VAT). Total estimated value (excl. VAT): 38,559,688.87 Currency: RON Attention: The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are submitted within the period provided for in Section I of the Data Sheet/Instructions to Tenderers, namely 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
