The subject of the contract is Public transport services of a public utility nature, on communication lines. The transport service will be provided on school days. During the contract period, the estimated number of bus-kilometres is 856.5 bus-km per day. The planned route during the contract period: approximately 483,066 bus-km in total. Task No. 1: The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 272,412 km, including: 1) Line R Sokółka – Sokółka via Stara Rozedranka, Lebiedzin, the volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 81,216 bus-km (bus-kilometres), transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 48 bus-km = 144 bus-km/day), 2) Line I Sokółka – Sokółka via Nowa Rozedrankę, Igryły. The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 60,912 bus-km (bus-kilometres). Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 36 bus-km = 108 bus-km/day), 3) Line O Sokółka – Sokółka via Geniusze, Ostrówek. The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 71,910 bus-km (bus-kilometres). Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 42.5 bus-km = 127.5 bus-km/day), 4) Line J Sokółka – Sokółka via Lipinę, Janowszczyznę. The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 58,374 bus-km (bus-kilometres). Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 34.5 bus-km = 103.5 bus-km/day), Task No. 2: The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 104,904 km, including: 1) Line S Sokółka – Sokółka via Kraśniany, Gliniszcze Małe. The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 44,838 bus-km (bus-kilometres). Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 26.5 bus-km = 79.5 bus-km/day), 2) Line B Sokółka – Sokółka via Plebanowce, Bogusze. The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 60,066 bus-km (bus-kilometres). Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 35.5 bus-km = 106.5 bus-km/day), Task No. 3: The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 105,750 km, including: 1) Line M Sokółka – Sokółka via Malawicze Dolne, Orłowicze. The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 67,680 bus-km (bus-kilometres). Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 40 bus-km = 120 bus-km/day), 2) Line K Sokółka – Sokółka via Szyszki, Stara Kamionka. The volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 38,070 bus-km (bus-kilometres). Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 22.5 bus-km = 67.5 bus-km/day). During the provision of the service, the route and length of the communication lines may change by ±20%, the contractor may, according to needs, increase or decrease the number of stops served within the communication lines. The subject of the contract is also the purchase of monthly tickets in the amount of approximately 250 monthly tickets to students from the Sokółka municipality fulfilling the school obligation on the basis of the provisions of Article 39 of the Act of 14 December 2016 on Education (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 900, as amended) on 8 communication lines created by the organiser of public transport in the territory of the Gmina Sokółka. Monthly tickets will be sold by the Operator with statutory discounts resulting from the applicable regulations from September 2026 to June 2029, excluding holiday months, for a total of 30 months.
