Italy – Cleaning services – Servizio di pulizia delle sedi SMAT (rif. APP_28/2026)

Open procedure pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, fully managed electronically, for the award of the daily and periodic cleaning service, including disinfection of offices, workshops, laboratories, warehouses and external areas of the SMAT premises, including daily attendance, supply of consumable hygiene materials, porterage service, material handling, maintenance and upkeep of the decor of the premises and the additional services indicated in the tender documents, divided into two separate lots. The contract value is Euro 3,307,600.00, net of VAT and options, of which Euro 34,880.00 for safety costs not subject to discount.
