Description

Competent in this area, the City of Aix-en-Provence manages the hierarchy of all modes of transport on its territory. To do this, the City relies, on the one hand, on the collection of data on pedestrian, cyclist (and other EDPM) and motorized vehicle flows (public transport, private vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, motorized two-wheelers) to establish a snapshot of the situation (diagnosis) or to evaluate the impact of a development, for example; and, on the other hand, on studies of traffic plans, intersection design, etc., to address the various challenges of sharing public space in terms of mobility. Thus, the present contract concerns the implementation of urban travel surveys and specific studies, at all scales, from the intersection to the city. This contract includes 2 lots, - The 1st lot, relating to surveys/counts, aims to collect data on flows, snapshots, diagnoses and evaluations of completed developments, - And the 2nd lot, relating to studies, aims to consider the design of developments in order to secure modes of transport. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The contract provides for an insertion clause: - Lot 1 - Collection/counts of all-mode flow data: 100 hours/year - Lot 2 - Traffic and intersection design studies of all types; implementation of traffic light programming: 50 hours/year or 3 weeks of internship per year.
