Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 16 01 03 / 2026
Description
1. The subject of this contract is the collection and disposal of waste with code 16 01 03 in an estimated quantity of 2010 Mg for small used tyres and 70 Mg for large used tyres for their further disposal, i.e. subjecting them to recovery processes in accordance with universally applicable legal provisions, decisions and resolutions contained in this contract. 2. As part of the procedure, it is assumed that the contract will be divided into the following tasks: - Task No. 1 - Z/I Dylów A, gm. Pajęczno - estimated total quantity of waste to be collected during the contract period 450 Mg, - Task No. 2 - Z/I Gotartów, gm. Przemysłowa 14/16 - estimated total quantity of waste to be collected during the contract period 900 Mg, - Task No. 4 - Z/I Julków, gm. Skierniewice - estimated total quantity of waste to be collected during the contract period 300 Mg, - Task No. 5 - SP Ostrzeszów, ul. Waste collection will take place from the areas of Plants/Installations (hereinafter: Z/I) and Transfer Stations (hereinafter: SP) managed by the Contracting Authority. 4. Due to the difficult-to-predict quantity of waste, the estimated quantity specified in point 1 may change. Therefore, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 90% during the execution of the contract. A reduction in the quantity of waste to this extent will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Contracting Authority, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unexecuted part of the contract and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction in the estimated quantity of the contract. In this situation, there is no need to draw up an annex. The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 10% of the estimated quantities of waste to be collected during the contract period. 5. The Contracting Authority notes that the tyres will mainly come from municipal sources, i.e. collections carried out in the areas of municipalities/cities, from Selective Waste Collection Points, sorted from municipal waste delivered by individual entities. Therefore, individual contaminations found inside the tyres, such as, for example, sand residues, water, small pieces of foil, etc., as well as the presence of burst and torn tyres in this stream, cannot be ruled out. The Contracting Authority, due to the lack of predictability of waste supplies, notes that this information should be treated only as auxiliary. 6. The Contractor will use transport means at his own cost to perform the service which is the subject of the contract. 7. The loading of waste is the responsibility of the Contracting Authority. 8. The transport means used by the Contractor must be adapted to the loading of used tyres by means of a loader. The transport means must allow for "top" loading. 9. The Contractor will ensure supervision of the loading operations and is obliged to ensure adequate securing of the load during transport. Upon signing by the driver of the weigh ticket (without remarks), confirmation of the correct loading is given. The Contractor undertakes to transport the waste to the destination without endangering road safety, exceeding the permissible vehicle mass or exceeding the permissible axle loads. 10. The scales installed in the individual plants of the Contracting Authority have a current Certificate of Legalisation. 11. Waste collection will take place successively after the Contracting Authority has collected a transport batch, on the basis of a collection notification sent by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. The Contracting Authority allows the implementation of notifications via e-mail, fax or telephone. The collection notification should contain information about the destination installation to which the waste will be delivered, provide the MPD number, the name and data of the transporting entity, the BDO number of the transporting entity, the estimated date of collection, the vehicle registration number and the first and last name of the driver or any other data necessary for the proper keeping of waste records, including the issuance and confirmation of Waste Transfer Notes in the BDO system.
