Czechia – Bridge cranes – I418-0SRA6AE01,02 - MODIFIKACE MOSTOVÝCH JEŘÁBŮ VČETNĚ JEŘÁBOVÝCH DRAH V SO: 801/01 BAPP 01, M.Č. 129A, 131A

The subject of the public contract is the complete processing of the Documentation part and the performance of the work consisting of: - complete replacement of the fixed and movable cabling of the bridge cranes, - complete replacement of the existing angular power supply trolley with a longitudinal power supply enclosed (covered) trolley, - complete replacement of the obsolete electrical equipment of the bridge cranes (Electric motors and frequency control) - replacement of the obsolete transverse trolley system with an energy chain, - modification in the cabin of the bridge crane, - modernization of the lighting of the crane working space, - modernization of the bridge crane control and installation of radio remote control (RRC) including the status beacon, - installation of limit switches (LS) and deceleration/pre-limit switches (PLS) of the bridge travel and trolley, - installation of PLS, LS and emergency stop of the lifts, - installation of the weighing and overload system of the lifts (80t/20t/3t,2t), - complete replacement of the crane trolley wheels, - replacement of the trolley travel rails on the bridge crane girders + installation of the rectifiable anchoring adjustable rail system, - modernization of the bridge travel, - modernization of the rectifiable anchoring adjustable rail system JD, - installation of a system for limiting the crossing of the bridge cranes, - installation of an anti-collision safety system preventing mutual collision (impact) of cranes operated on the common crane runway, - installation of mounting suspensions (suspension eyes or tracks) in the ceiling structure above both bridge crane ends.
