Gavril Galinescu, nr. 11, Piatra Neamț”

The subject of the procurement is the design and execution of construction and installation works for the investment objective "Consolidation and energy efficiency of the administrative building Pietricica, str. Gavril Galinescu, nr. 11, Piatra Neamț", in accordance with the terms of reference. The procurement is financed through the state budget of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, related to the investment objective "Consolidation and energy efficiency of the administrative building Pietricica, str. Gavril Galinescu, nr. 11, Piatra Neamț", within the National Programme for the Consolidation of Buildings with High Seismic Risk (PNCCRS), Subprogramme for the Design and Execution of Intervention Works for Buildings of Public Interest and Utility, provided for in Annex no. 2 approved by the Order of the Minister of Development, Public Works and Administration no. 338/2023, with subsequent amendments and additions. The deadline by which economic operators can submit requests for clarification as mentioned in section I.3 - 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. To the extent that requests for clarification have been submitted within the time limit specified in the documentation, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. For requests for clarification received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
