Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych gminy Sieroszewice w 2027 r.”

The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste originating from the inhabited areas of the Municipality of Sieroszewice and the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste in Rososzyca, consisting of: 1) accepting municipal waste at the designated and provided by the Contractor waste acceptance point from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements arising from the order documents, 2) processing the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at the designated and provided by the Contractor municipal waste management point, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements arising from the order documents, 3) fulfilling reporting-informational obligations, 4) fulfilling obligations guaranteeing the Orderer the possibilities of exercising control-verification rights, 5) fulfilling services and obligations related to the services expressed above in points (1 – 4) By “municipal waste” is meant waste so defined in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1587, hereinafter: “u.o.”) and the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025 item 733, hereinafter: “u.c.p.g”). Outside the scope of the order is the implementation of any services or obligations in relation to waste other than municipal waste. The scope of municipal waste covered by the order and their estimated quantity is presented in the Subject of the Order Description constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Contract Project Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
