The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement containing contractual terms for the awarding of individual sub-contracts for the supply of HW for Cisco infrastructure, i.e. the supply of active network elements of the manufacturer Cisco Systems, Inc. (hereinafter also "Cisco", www.cisco.com) subcategory Datacenter Networking, Networking Switches and Networking Security, the provision of SW products of the manufacturer Cisco subcategory Datacenter Networking, Networking Switches and Networking Security in the form of on-premises so-called Subscription Licenses for a period of 12, 36, 60 or 84 months, the provision of technical support, which includes, among other things, the provision of technical support services of the manufacturer Cisco and that is either "Cisco SmartNet Total Care 8x5xNBD" or "Success Track 8x5xNBD" for 12, 36, 60 or 84 months, and the provision of services consisting mainly of performing preventive and development activities, providing consultations on new functionalities of active network elements of the manufacturer Cisco and implementing designs of data networks, and that is through members of the implementation team.
