The subject of the tender procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system pursuant to Section 138 and subsequent sections of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). The subject matter of the performance of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the supply of active or passive network elements or hardware or software technologies for ensuring cybersecurity or perimeter protection. The subject matter of the performance of individual public contracts awarded in the DNS may also be the procurement or renewal of software licences, the provision of extended warranties or service support under SLA, or the provision of related services, implementation or consultancy services relating to these elements or technologies. Individual public contracts will be awarded in the DNS on the basis of individual invitations to tender pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. The tender conditions for specific public contracts awarded in the DNS will always be set out in the individual invitations to tender. The awarding of public contracts in the DNS will take place at irregular and unpredictable intervals depending on the operational needs of the contracting authority.
