The Lapland well-being region aims to digitalise and automate mailing processes to achieve savings in both personnel resources and mailing costs. The subject of the procurement is a multi-channel electronic mailing service that offers versatile options for sending and receiving. Multi-channel refers to, for example, printer driver functionality, a web portal and open interfaces on the sending side. On the receiving side, multi-channel refers to delivering letters to electronic distribution channels or as a traditional letter, printed, franked and delivered to the recipient. The procured package includes: 1. Electronic mail service (SaaS=Software as a service) including the system as a software service, including all necessary software and drivers 2. Printing, franking and mailing service for physical letters 3. Implementation and adaptation of the SaaS service to the customer's needs and environment 4. System support and maintenance services 5. System or service further development and expert services. The procurement is tendered for a three-year fixed-term contract period. The procurement includes the option to extend the procurement after the current fixed-term contract period.
