France – Fuels – Approvisionnement en carburant et combustible - Groupement de commandes

The present consultation concerns the supply of fuel and LPG as well as the delivery of diesel, non-road diesel, heating oil and biofuel in tanks. This framework agreement is concluded as a purchasing group in accordance with Article L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. The purchasing group is composed of the following members: - The Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Dax (coordinator of the group) - The Centre Intercommunal d'Action Sociale du Grand Dax - The Ville de Dax - The Centre Communal d'Action Sociale de Dax - The Commune de Heugas - The Commune de Saint-Vincent-de-Paul - The Commune de Téthieu - The Commune de Herm - The Commune de Gourbera - The Commune de Mees - The SIVU du RPI des Communes de Bénesse, Heugas et Saint-Pandelon

Place(s) of performance: For lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, delivery will take place at the addresses indicated in the CCP. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is concluded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Lots 01, 02, 05, 06, 07 and 08 will be awarded to a single economic operator. Lots 03, 04 and 09 will be awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The validity period of the tenders is set at 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
