Romania – Banking services – Acord-cadru de servicii de incasari impozite, taxe si alte venituri bugetare locale prin statii de tip self-service

Framework agreement for self-service kiosk tax, fee and other local budget revenue collection services, in accordance with the terms of reference. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 83,692 lei and 1,536,964 lei, excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests submitted within the timeframe set out in section I.3, namely 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Articles 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended, when the procedure is an Open e-Tendering, with the conclusion of a framework agreement for four years. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is a minimum of 2 subsequent contracts per year, within the needs of the contracting authority and the approved budget funds. The minimum value of the subsequent contract is 10,462 lei, excluding VAT, and the maximum estimated value of the subsequent contract is 192,120 lei, excluding VAT.
