Loan type and value: Long-term loan of 40,000,000.00 lei. Contract duration: 13 years (156 months) from the date of contract signature. Currency in which the loan is requested: RON. Purpose of the loan: Implementation of local public interest investments. Ensuring the financing of the contribution of Mun. Sfântu Gheorghe to eligible and ineligible expenses related to the implementation of projects financed through the PNRR:

- Improvement of the architectural-environmental quality and thermal rehabilitation of the Nicolae Colan Gymnasium building

- Rehabilitation and modernization of the internat at the "Szekely Miko" National College, str. Gabor Aron, nr. 18

- Thermal rehabilitation, energy efficiency and modernization of the "Varadi Jozsef" Gymnasium building from str. Stadionului nr. 12

- Thermal rehabilitation and modernization of the preschool institution building within the GPP "Napsugar"

- Implementation of the Museum of Communism in the building from str. Kos Karoly nr. 21

The deadline by which clarifications can be requested from the contracting authority is 9 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which the contracting authority responds to clarification requests is 5 days before the tender submission deadline.
