Romania – Motor vehicle insurance services – Acord-cadru de prestări de servicii de asigurare obligatorie auto RCA, pentru autovehiculele din dotarea parcului auto al Curții de Conturi a României

The subject of the contract is the procurement of compulsory motor third party liability (MTPL) insurance services for the vehicles in the vehicle fleet of the Court of Accounts of Romania, in accordance with the annex to the terms of reference, through the award of a framework agreement. The framework agreement is awarded for a period of 24 months, and the estimated maximum number of MTPL policies that may be issued over the entire period of the framework agreement is 453. Interested economic operators may request clarifications/additional information up to the 15th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, and of Article 27 of the Annex to Government Decision No. 395/2016, as amended and supplemented, shall be complied with.
