Poland – Fuels – Zakup i dostawa oleju napędowego dla Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. w Sosnowcu

The subject of the order covers the purchase of diesel fuel (summer and winter) in quantities up to 300 000 litres (maximum estimated quantity) including delivery to the warehouse of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. located at Grenadierów 21 in Sosnowiec. 2. The offered diesel fuel must meet the requirements specified in the Polish Standard PN-EN 590 or equivalent, and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 1018, ze zm.). 3. The maximum quantity of diesel fuel covered by this order is 300 000 litres. The ordering party guarantees the purchase of no less than 225 000 litres of diesel fuel, but up to the amount indicated in the contract as the maximum remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract. The ordering party reserves the right to limit the scope of the order to the guaranteed quantity, in accordance with actual needs and the maximum contractual remuneration. No claims shall accrue to the contractors in this regard. The basis for issuing an invoice will be the quantity of fuel received, expressed in litres of finished product at 15 degrees C (according to the indications of the legalised fuel meter with compensation to 15 degrees C at the tanker). 4.
