The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of medical equipment for the needs of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź. The contract includes 6 packages: Package No. 1 - Transcatheter Aortic Valve System Package No. 2 - Vascular Introducers for TAVI Procedures Package No. 3 - PTFE Felt Pledgets Package No. 4 - Vessel Closure Suture System Package No. 5 - Biological Aortic Conduit Package No. 6 - Harmonic Scalpel Blade Tip Including:  Package No. 1, 3, 4 and 5 - sale and delivery of products specified in the assortment-price form.  Package No. 2 and 6 - sale and delivery of products specified in the assortment-price form along with the creation of a defective deposit, called the "Bank" (the required assortment to create the Bank has been listed in Annex No. 2 - Assortment-Price Form).
