The procurement documents allow for a quantity deviation of up to +50% per year. The procurer intends to conclude contracts valid for 12 months during the validity of the dynamic procurement system, but reserves the right to conclude contracts with a longer or shorter validity period. The procurer, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the right to determine the possibilities for submitting partial tenders in the invitation to tender, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender, for the specific procurement needs set out therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements. The planned maximum contract value for the dynamic procurement system to be concluded is 117,072,109,- Ft/year, the planned maximum contract value is 30,160,000,- Ft. All applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the dynamic procurement system, and the number of applicants to be invited to submit tenders will not be limited. The procurer, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, will provide the exact technical description and contractual terms for the specific procurements to be implemented in the system simultaneously with the sending of the invitation(s) to tender. The procurer (AK) records, pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) (321 Kr.), that reference to a product, origin, type of thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark specified in the initiating call for tender and the procurement documents is made only for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter, and the term "or equivalent" shall be understood under the designation. The tenderer (AT) is responsible for proving equivalence. The technical description specifies which products must be compatible with each other.
