The subject of the present contract is the execution of construction and repair works in the administrative and service premises in the building, operated by the Smolyan Office, to improve the working conditions of the personnel. The repair includes the following main activities: dismantling and mounting of suspended ceiling type “Armstrong” or equivalent in the corridor and foyer; repairing compromised plaster/putty in the offices; plastering walls and overall painting with latex; supply and mounting of lighting fixtures; dismantling and subsequent mounting of laminated parquet; in the sanitary facilities – painting with moisture-resistant latex.
