Framework agreement for troubleshooting, repair, service and installation of, as well as supply of materials to laundry equipment in Kopparstaden's property portfolio. Kopparstaden has approximately 215 common laundry rooms containing 6 – 10 units in each laundry room. There are also around 20 detergent dosing systems. The product group laundry equipment includes washing machines, tumble dryers, ironers, dehumidifiers, drying cabinets and detergent dosing equipment. Brands of laundry equipment represented in the portfolio include, among others, Electrolux Wascator, Miele and Podab, where Wascator and Miele make up the majority. The framework agreement will be signed with one (1) contractor.
