The contract concerns the installation of apparatus wagons. The wagons are delivered empty and must be equipped with control and protection equipment, switchgear and auxiliary transformers. The apparatus wagon is one of two units that make up a rotating converter. The rotating converters are part of the Swedish Transport Administration's power supply system. The converters are fed with 3-phase voltage from the public grid and output voltage 16.5 kV and frequency 16 2/3 Hz.
