Works remaining to be carried out for the completion and commissioning of the investment objective Multipurpose Hall 2500 seats (Architectural and finishing works for Bodies A, B, C), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Electrical Installations (Low Voltage) and Lighting, Sanitary and Water Supply Installations, Technical Equipment and Machinery (with installation). The work will have a minimum 5-year warranty period (Category B) from receipt upon completion of the work, to which the duration of the extended warranty offered for scoring purposes is added. Note: The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information will be on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
