Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – „Оценка за съответствието на инвестиционните проекти и осъществяване на строителен надзор по време на строителството на обекти в община Казанлък по деветнадесет обособени позиции“

The subject of the contract includes activities for the Preparation of a Complex Assessment Report for the Compliance of Investment Projects with the Essential Requirements for Construction, in accordance with Article 142 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA), and the Performance of Construction Supervision during Construction, in accordance with Articles 166 and 168 of the SPA, for eighteen objects, multi-family residential buildings in the municipality of Kazanlak, funded under projects under procedure BG16FFPR003-4.001 – “Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, including Addressing Energy Poverty” of the "Regional Development" Programme 2021-2027.
