The building is planned to include one basement and the necessary number of above-ground floors. The building will have the following layout and functional design: Main central foyer with central registration; Commercial pharmacy min 30m2: commercial area, storage, changing room with sanitary facilities for staff; Diagnostic Consultation Centre (DCC) with the necessary medical offices by speciality, manipulation room, storage, waiting rooms and other auxiliary rooms; Medical-diagnostic laboratory: laboratory registration, waiting room, laboratory technician office, clinical laboratory, microbiological laboratory, blood and sample collection room, sterilisation, morgue, sanitary facilities, laboratory technician changing room with sanitary facilities and others. Orthopaedics and Traumatology min 10 beds (third level): The patient rooms should be divided by age: 0-3 years, 3-12 years and 12-18 years. The maximum number of beds in one patient room should be three. Each patient room should have space and the possibility for an extendable bed for a parent. There should be a nurses' station, manipulation room and admission/discharge office. Administration, contact with health fund, security, visitor reception and parent meeting. Imaging diagnostics and ionising radiation: electrophysiology, MRI procedural, radiography, CT procedural, 2 medical offices for reading and imaging diagnostics, manipulation room and registration. Central and local changing rooms. Septic sector: temporary storage of biological waste, kitchen waste, soiled linen and others. The new building will operate with "catering" food. Small kitchens should be provided on the floors where needed and a central office for food reception should be provided. Paediatric surgery station min 20 beds. The patient rooms should be divided by age: 0-3 years, 3-12 years and 12-18 years. The department should include septic and aseptic dressing room, on-duty doctor and resident office, on-duty sanitary worker, head nurse, manipulation room, nurses' workroom and nurses' station, office for nursing staff, report hall for min 10 people, storage and all necessary residential and sanitary facilities related to them. Operating block: Septic and aseptic operating room, endoscopy and hybrid operating rooms, along with all necessary adjacent rooms (command, sterile storage with materials, surgeon preparation and others). Space for patient transfer and trolley depot should be provided. Post-operative stay min 6 beds – Manipulation room, on-duty doctor office, anaesthesiologist office, surgeon office. All necessary storage, technical and auxiliary rooms should be provided. Café. Archive. Elevators: hospital elevator with space for a hospital bed, visitor and service elevator, septic and aseptic elevator. The construction will be carried out in accordance with the investment project approved by the Municipality of Stara Zagora in the following sections: Architecture; Structures; Medical technology; Medical gases; Radiation protection; Heating, ventilation and air conditioning and management of HVAC systems; Energy efficiency and EE assessment; Electrical - incl. high-voltage installations, motor, HVAC equipment power supply, lighting, incl. roof photovoltaic power plant and others; Water supply and sewerage; Fire safety; Geodesy; Landscaping and improvement; Geology; PBE; PUSO; External connections. ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: Activity 1: Preparation of a comprehensive report for the assessment of compliance of the investment project with the main requirements for the construction in the "Technical Project" phase. Activity 2: Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works in accordance with Article 168 of the Construction Act.
