Bulgaria – Construction-site supervision services – Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на СМР на обект „Изграждане на шахтов кладенец за поливане на тревни площи на градски стадион, находящ се в УПИ I, кв.85 (ПИ с идент. № 12574.501.1310) по плана на гр. Вълчи дол"

The subject of the contract includes the following main activities:

- Performance of consultancy services for the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the facility, in accordance with Article 166, paragraph 1, item 1 and 2, Article 168 and Article 169b, paragraph 1 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT), in scope and extent in accordance with the requirements of the ZUT and subordinate legal acts, including the implementation of control regarding the completeness and proper drafting of acts and protocols during construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3/2003.

- Preparation of a final report to the Principal, in accordance with Article 168, paragraph 6 of the ZUT;

- Performance of the functions of the Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work during the performance of construction and installation works;

- Preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on technical passports for constructions.
