Bulgaria – Construction project management services – „Консултантски услуги за управление на проект: „ОСНОВЕН РЕМОНТ (РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ) НА ОБЩИНСКИ УЛИЦИ, НАХОДЯЩИ СЕ В ГР. ЕТРОПОЛЕ, ОБЩИНА ЕТРОПОЛЕ, ОБЛАСТ СОФИЙСКА“

The subject of the present procurement is a service - consulting services for project management: "MAJOR REPAIR (RECONSTRUCTION) OF MUNICIPAL STREETS, LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF ETRPOLE, ETRPOLE MUNICIPALITY, SOFIA REGION". By entrusting the services for the management and accounting of the project to an external contractor, Etrpole Municipality aims to achieve:

- reduction of the workload on the administration;

- attraction of a Contractor/Contractors who possess the necessary competence in the management and accounting/execution of projects and specific knowledge in this field;

- management of the risks for timely and quality execution and management of the project, so that it is realized qualitatively, lawfully, within the approved budget and deadline and all costs are recovered by Etrpole Municipality;

- ensuring the lawful and proper expenditure of funds within the projects and avoiding the non-recognition of costs by the Agricultural Fund;

- achievement of the goals and planned results within the project.

The full scope of the activities and services that the contractor must perform and provide, as well as the remaining activities, subject of the procurement, are indicated in the Technical Specification - annex to the documentation for the present procurement, which is published in the EOPP CAIS.
