Bulgaria – Engineering services – „Изработване на инвестиционни проекти във фаза работна и упражняване на авторски надзор за изпълнение на обекти по проект за „Модернизация и обновяване на сгради на образователна инфраструктура в град Хасково“ по четири обособени позиции

The subject of the present public procurement is “Preparation of investment projects in the working phase and exercise of author's supervision for the implementation of objects under the project for "Modernisation and renovation of educational infrastructure buildings in the city of Haskovo" in four separate lots:

Separate Lot №1: Object "Major renovation, extension and implementation of energy efficiency measures on the buildings of Primary School "Lyuben Karavelov", Haskovo"

Separate Lot №2: Object "Major renovation and implementation of energy efficiency measures on the buildings of Primary School "Lyuben Karavelov", Uzundzhovo village, Haskovo Municipality"

Separate Lot №3: Object "Modernisation and renovation of Kindergarten № 16 "Slaveyche" – building "Ezhko Bezhko", Plovdivska Str., № 1, Haskovo"

Separate Lot №4: Object "Modernisation and renovation of Kindergarten № 18 "8th March" - Building, Oborishte Str. №40, Haskovo"

The activities, subject to the contract for the period of execution of the order are as follows:

Activity 1 - preparation of an investment project in the working project phase for the respective object. The investment projects must be prepared by eligible designers and they must have a scope and content in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance №4/2001 on the scope and content of investment projects. When preparing the project documentation, the teams for the development of investment projects must comply with the requirements of the Design Assignment for the respective object and the requirements of the Technical Specification, which are an integral part of the present order.

Activity 2 - exercise of author's supervision during the construction of the respective object. This activity will be performed after the issuance of a Building Permit for the object - during the period from the preparation of Form 2 for the opening of the construction site to the preparation and signing of the Certificate of Compliance for the acceptance of the same construction (Appendix №15 to Art. 7, para. 3, item 15 of Ordinance № 3 of 31 July 2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction).

The investment projects must be developed in the working project phase and, in accordance with the requirements of the Design Assignments for the respective objects, must include the following parts: Architectural part; Architectural interior and equipment with equipment specification; and equipment; Part Landscaping and greening; Structural part; Geodesy part; Electrical part, including fire alarm, signalling system and other low-voltage installations, FEC for own needs; Part HVAC; Energy efficiency part; Part HVAC; Fire safety part; Part PBE; Part PUSO; Part Cost documentation; Technological part. At the discretion of the Contractor, other parts of the investment projects may be added, which are necessary for the performance of the subject of the order and for the issuance of the respective Building Permit. Each part of the investment project must be coordinated with the other parts of the project.
